(Senior) Operations Specialist – Fonds & Operations (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the further development of our product and process landscape Control of new product/zone requirements, migrations, mergers and liquidations incl. Coordination with KVG, storage and other external partners Practical implementation and continuous optimization of technical, data- and process-related E2E processes in the field of operations Ensuring the operational feasibility of product, reporting and sales requirements including Quality and risk testing Internal and external stakeholder management including voting and presentations at senior and management level; close cooperation with investment management, fund governance, data management, IT and compliance Support for SLAs, Operating Memoranda and Investor Agreements Monitoring and implementation of regulatory requirements (KAGB/UCITS/AIF, MiFID II) in the operational context Maintenance of Process-KPIs/Dashboards, modeling processes and safe application of common CRM, portfolio management or core banking systems

successfully completed studies in finance, banking, business informatics or comparable; ideally complemented by bank training At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in fund operations, governance or administration Funded knowledge in securities and product structures as well as in operational fund sales and in ongoing mid/back office processes Safe handling of CRM, portfolio management or core banking systems as well as pronounced process and quality understanding Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (KAGB, UCITS, AIF, MiFID II) and interest in digitization, automation and data-driven solutions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
