Team Leader Fullstack Software Development - AI Forge (m/f/d)

Technical leadership: You conduct our fullstack team as an active developer (m/w/d) and manage architecture, code quality and stable operation of our services AI Engineering: Together with your team, you develop scalable, cross-product solutions in the field of AI – from the integration of modern ML and LLM technologies to the rollout in CHECK24 products Infrastructure & DevOps is responsible for: You make sure that our systems are performing, safe and reliable – whether in the cloud or on-premise. These include CI/CD, monitoring and infrastructure automation Designing interfaces: In close cooperation with product management and data science, you develop requirements and implement them in a technical way to make AI features CHECK24 usable Promote team and shape culture: You develop your team professionally, regularly give feedback and promote knowledge sharing through pairing, code reviews and coaching in everyday work Promoting technological development: you identify new approaches, tools and technologies, assess their potential for CHECK24 and successfully bring new solutions live

Education: You have a degree in computer science or a comparable technical discipline – ideally with very good or good performance Leadership & Hands-On Leadership: You bring experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of engineering teams and work actively in software development Programming know-how: Deep knowledge in at least one common programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#, Go or JavaScript/TypeScript) as well as experience in writing productive codes across the entire development process from architecture to deployment DevOps & Infrastructure: In the automation, construction and operation of infrastructure (on-premise or in the cloud), you'll be so confident – including CI/CD, monitoring and security AI Engineering: Ideally, you will experience machine learning and LLM-based applications and their integration into productive systems with Communication & Interface work: The coordination with product management and data science can be achieved as safely as the targeted translation of technical and technical requirements Teampirit & Drive: High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and joy in an open, powerful working environment Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English – the team is internationally established
