The HVVG Heimverwaltungs- und Rentalsgesellschaft mbH serves 18 stationary nursing facilities as well as 6 outpatient care services in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Niedersachsen, Berlin and Hessen. Financial accounting is so divided that each institution has a fixed contact. The HVVG summarizes all service services and the central tasks of the management for the operating companies.

You are responsible for the accounting of some of our institutions and are also in close contact with them, taking care of the debitor and creditor accounting including payment transactions for the respective institution. Create monthly accounts You independently maintain the cash registers assigned to you and carry out conscientious accounting You work with the continuous optimization and further development of internal processes With your experience and know-how, you help digitize the department and deliver ideas and solutions

You have completed commercial training or comparable commercial training You have a careful, independent way of working and ideally already have professional experience in financial accounting Simba knowledge and routined handling of MS Office products are of advantage You have a strong understanding of numbers and a secure view for accounting relationships You work independently and are flexible You have a structured, organized and transparent working style and are used to work conscientiously and process-oriented You are happy to work in the team and are confidential with personal data
