Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group.

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a working student Real Estate Projects (m/w/d). In our team you will get exciting insights into the entire planning and construction process – from the first idea to the final implementation. You accompany reconstruction and modernization projects within our Germany-wide logistics real estate portfolio and work closely with internal and external project participants.

Werkstudent Real Estate Projects (m/w/d)

You support the planning, control and implementation of reconstruction projects

You get insights into all phases of the HOAI – from basic determination to object care

You actively accompany modernizations, maintenance and minor reconstruction measures

You help with the collection and testing of offers

You are involved in construction monitoring, defect tracking and acceptance processes

You support communication and coordination with external partners such as architectural offices, specialist planners and construction companies

You want to introduce your own ideas into a dynamic and growing company

You are studying civil engineering, architecture or a comparable course of study

You have already gained first practical experience – e.g. through training or internships

You work structured, think analytically and have a high level of quality

You communicate clearly and service-oriented – internally and externally

You control the safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

You have a class B licence
