Your tasks: Development and leadership of transformation and digitization initiatives from target image and roadmap to implementation including Change & Enablement Analysis of business model, operating model, organisation and processes as well as derivation of strategic fields of action Development of data-to-value approaches (KPI logic, control models, analytics/BI target image) for measurable value realization orchestration of the business IT interface to align IT architecture on agile delivery (platforms, tech stack, partner ecosystems) Development of AI-First strategies and roadmaps to (Gen)AI/Agentic AI in scaled agile organisations (e.g. SAFe) Planning and preparation of top management decisions and moderation of management workshops
