On behalf we are currently exclusively looking for a department manager / production manager (m/w/d) for a 3-layer production.

Discipline leadership and further development of a team of over 100 employees Responsibility for a smooth, timely and quality-oriented production process Continuous optimization of processes with focus on efficiency, quality and costs Analysis of relevant production indicators for control and target achievement Initiating and implementing measures to increase efficiency along the entire value chain

Successfully completed studies in food technology, process engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in the food, food supplement or biotechnology industry Knowledge of HACCP, IFS and modern cleaning technologies Leadership combined with the ability to motivate employees both professionally and humanly High level of self-initiative as well as a strong organizational institution with safe handling of production key figures
