Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

Customer support and advice: Telephone and written support for new and existing customers: in addition to electricity and natural gas products, tank cards and special goods vouchers incl. Contracts, collective agreements and terminations. Concern and complaint management: Professional processing of customer requests and complaints incl. Retrieval service to ensure high customer satisfaction. New customer acquisition and cross-selling: Active acquisition of new customers and identification of cross- and up-selling potentials within the product portfolio. Supply, contract and master data management: creation of offers, contracts, fuel cards and vouchers as well as maintenance and updating of all relevant customer data in the system. Documentation and cooperation: Careful documentation of all customer contacts and close cooperation with internal departments for continuous service and process optimization.
