You actively participate in the design and implementation of change management measures. You provide support in the planning, organization and preparation of workshops and training. In addition, you take over the preparation of presentations, communication documents and other forward-looking formats for our different target groups. The acquisition of exciting research work for concepts or new, innovative culture transformation formats as well as the direct support for design and rollout round off your task. Your profile You are a student (m/w/d) of the Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or Natural Sciences, or a related degree program, seeking a mandatory internship. You are interested in topics such as corporate strategy, organisational development and change management. Experiences in writing texts and a pronounced communication and team capability are of advantage. We require flowing English knowledge in word and writing and experience in dealing with the current MS Office tools. Personally, you are characterized by good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent way of working.
