From 2027, the Klinikum Darmstadt and the AGAPLESION ELISABETHENSTIFT together as Südhessen Kliniken will shape health care in Darmstadt and Südhessen. A common maximum provider is created from two traditional houses at the campus Mitte and campus Woog. With around 1,300 flatbeds, the Südhessen clinics become the second largest hospital in Hessen. The combination creates a strong health association with a wide range of services – from highly complex intensive care to outpatient interventions to modern hybrid services. FUTURE & APPLICATION: You take over the professional and organizational leadership and guide your team in value, motivating and binding. ORGANISATION & PERSONAL: You coordinate the daily processes, are responsible for the service and personnel deployment planning and for clear tasks and responsibilities. PROCESS & DEVELOPMENT: You shape and optimize workflows, develop structures and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the area. INTERDISZIPLINARITY & PATIENTENVERSORGUNG: You work closely with the medical and other professional groups and ensure patient-oriented, safe and high-quality care. QUALITY & STANDARDS: You are responsible for the implementation and further development of quality, hygiene and safety standards and participate in audits and quality reviews.

FACHKOMPETENZ: Completed training as a nurse (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), MFA (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable qualification, ideally with specialist training oncology or Continuing training on the practical manager. FUTURE: You have a completed management course or a further training for management tasks and ideally bring first leadership experience or experience into a coordinating function. PROCEDURE: You have professional experience in the oncological field, ideally in a daily clinic or ambulance, and know the special requirements of oncological care. ORGANISATION & KOMMUNIKATION: You work structured, solution-oriented and self-responsibility, are strong in communication and keep an overview even in challenging situations. CONTENTS & DEVELOPMENT: You respond to patients, patients and employees in an esteeming and empathic way, and you are delighted to initiate changes and develop processes actively.
