Controller (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the accounting and income statements for the entire company – including analysis, commenting and deriving recommendations for action. You'll start management reports, plan-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and forecasts for management and departments. You support corporate planning and actively participate in their further development. You continue to expand our KPI landscape – especially for our technical and production-related areas. You take over the cost and investment controlling. You are a Sparring partner for our specialist departments and work together on key figures, analyses and concrete recommendations for action. You develop our Power-BI report landscape independently and prepare the necessary data in a structured manner. You actively shape the introduction of our new ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Go-live is 2027.

You have a degree in business management, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable degree course – alternatively a technical study with a resilient controlling experience. You bring first professional experience in controlling, ideally in manufacturing. You have a well-founded knowledge of cost and performance accounting, accounting and investment accounting and investment controlling. You have very good Excel knowledge and are sure to handle BI and ERP systems. You work analytically, understand processes and have a pronounced sense of numbers. You can communicate clearly and work with specialist departments to develop, interpret and translate key figures into measures. You work in a structured and independent manner and can communicate business relationships in a comprehensible manner. You are a grounded, reliable personality with design will.
