• In everyday stationary, you take the interface to medical and therapeutic services — you communicate professionally and support a well-tuned supply chain. • You take care responsibility for your residents: from the demand survey to the planning of measures to regular evaluation. • You combine professional basic care with a secure view for individual needs and ensure that nursing measures are implemented professionally and towards each other. • Relevant observations and measures are professionally fixed so that progress, coordination and transfer of responsibility can be reliably achieved.
