Application Responsibility: You take the end-to-end responsibility for our SAP S/4HANA FI/CO applications. You make sure that the systems are operated in a stable, performant and future-proof manner and are continuously adapted to the requirements of the business. System landscape: In addition to SAP, you also develop connected finance systems and existing legacy applications. You always keep an overview of the entire system landscape and ensure a clean transition and integration strategy. Operation & Support: For smooth operation in daily business by actively controlling incident, change and release management and continuously opting. Troubleshooting analyzes structured and guides sustainable solutions. Service provider control: You control external service providers and support partners in a targeted manner and ensure that agreed services, quality and appointments are complied with. You are a central interface between internal departments and external partners. Process optimization: You analyze existing business processes in Finance & Controlling and identify optimization potentials. Together with the departments you develop efficient, digital and scalable solutions. Requirement management: You take requirements from the departments, evaluate them professionally and technically and implement them in sustainable SAP solutions. Take into account modern architectural principles such as e.g. Clean Core and ensure a high sustainability. Project work & Transformation: You plan, control and implement IT and transformation projects in the SAP environment as well as in the entire finance system landscape. You are responsible for timetables, quality and results and successfully complete projects. S/4HANA further development: You actively support developments, rollouts and integrations in the S/4HANA context and contribute significantly to the further development of our system landscape. Integration & Interfaces: You coordinate and support the integration of SAP with adjacent systems and ensure smooth communication via interfaces, APIs or middleware. Architecture & Future: You can also develop a modern, scalable and sustainable system architecture, for example in the context of SAP BTP or cloud-based integration solutions.

Qualification: You have a completed degree in business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification and bring a sound understanding of the connection between business and IT. Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the SAP FI/CO environment and have ideally already worked with SAP S/4HANA. You are familiar with both operational and project-related issues. Process understanding: You have a strong understanding of finance and controlling processes and can safely analyze, question and develop them. SAP know-how: You bring well-founded knowledge to SAP FI/CO. Experience in the SAP PS (Project System) module is a clear advantage and completes your profile. System landscapes: You have experience in dealing with complex IT landscapes, ideally including legacy systems and hybrid architectures, and can safely move in different system worlds. Technological understanding (nice-to-have): Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP integration (e.g. APIs, IDoc, Middleware) as well as experience with modern SAP technologies such as Fiori or SAP BTP. Working methods: You work structured, solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics. Also in complex situations you keep an overview and set priorities. Communication: You are convinced by a clear and address-oriented communication and are able to safely communicate between specialist and IT. Mindset: You combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality and are entitled to actively promote and sustainably improve things.
