As HMI Software & Support Engineer, you take over the following tasks: Technical customer support, including on-site operations by arrangement. Start-up of systems: setup of drives and motors, optimization of machine paths through drive and CNC tuning, configuration of CNC functions, error analysis and troubleshooting. Support of customers and internal teams in automation projects (drive technology, PLC programming, system integration). Development and optimization of CNC, HMI and SPS functions. Conducting testing and validation of new products to ensure quality and reliability. Independent project management: planning, implementation and reporting in close cooperation with the development team. Analysis of disruptions and development of effective solutions in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams. Creation and maintenance of development documentation and functional specifications.
Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable discipline At least 5 years of professional experience and sound knowledge in PLC, NC or HMI development Good knowledge of drive technology and system integration Good English skills in word and writing (German knowledge of advantage) Readiness to travel (approximately 30%, mainly in Europe)
