As Product Owner Customer Delivery (m/w/d) in the E-Commerce Logistics department, you are responsible for the strategic development and support of your product Control your product team together with the technical lead (m/w/d) and inspire your innovative ideas As a product visionary:in a dynamically agile working environment, you ensure that the business goals are achieved with the help of your product Through a targeted communication, you encourage the committed participation of the relevant stakeholders and work together with them in a solution development You master everything about “Customer Journey” and ensure the optimal customer experience in e-commerce logistics

Successfully completed studies in BWL, (economic)informatics or a comparable degree course, ideally with pronounced IT and logistics affinity At least two years of relevant professional experience as Product Owner (m/w/d) in a logistics or e-commerce environment You have strong analytical skills and use reports and KPIs to make data-based decisions (e.g. data integration, return tracking, etc.) You have an overview of current trends, tracking methods and procedures for predicting delivery times An agile mindset (Scrum, Kanban, OKR) and very good German and English skills round your profile
