Project Manager for Public Transport - Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

We are a planning office with about 80 employees and take over the general planning of the public transport systems in the Hannover region. Our focus is on the planning, implementation and control of complex urban infrastructure projects. For the turn of traffic in the Hanover region we are looking for you

The projects On the side of the TransTecBau, you coordinate the planning and construction monitoring of inner-city stops, rail and road construction projects, bus charging infrastructure projects or tunnel station construction projects.

Responsible management of infrastructure projects over all planning and project phases Contract management including creation of fee offers, testing and tracking of performance changes and supplements, as well as the accounting of the planning services Management of resource use and initiation of the acquisition of post-contracting services Coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams as well as external expert planners and project participants Organisation of the production, testing and control of planning documents according to the relevant regulations and standards Coordination with clients, authorities, transport companies and other stakeholders Preparation and implementation of meetings, presentations and project reports Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality objectives Identification and management of project risks and the development of suitable solution strategies

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or comparable technical qualification Multiannual experience in managing complex infrastructure projects desirable A high level of responsibility The ability to identify complex relationships, strategic and flexible thinking Very good computer skills (MS Office, communication platforms) Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations of VOB and HOAI Good team skills as well as independent, result-oriented working Very good communication skills, resilience and customer-oriented appearance
