(Junior) Inhouse Consultant AI (m/f/d)

You look at the future-oriented establishment of the Group by controlling strategically important projects with AI reference On our international project ACE, you drive the roll-out of our AI Claims Engine to 5 international damage areas You are the main representative for the project leaders in the countries and work closely with the central product management You support our other departments and international units in identifying and implementing applications When implementing AI projects, you are responsible for compliance with the corporate requirements, both nationally and internationally You coordinate the international AI community and ensure the exchange of AI technology and applications at national and international level In addition, you will form the interface to external service providers that advise us in the course of AI projects You’ll see the continuous development of the Group’s AI strategy

You have a degree in the field of business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in consulting or in another comparable project-oriented environment with With your very good analytical skills, your extensive understanding of the problem, abstraction capability and your affinity for AI technology, you convince us of you You have detectable experience in the application of project management methodology (including Scrum or SAFe) As an in-house consultant, you travel in the international environment and, in addition to fluent German skills, also brings multilingualism (English C1 level & other foreign languages are of advantage) You are strong in communication and able to create trusted cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders Your personal further development is your step forward
