Senior Tax Specialist (m/f/d)

Tax preparation of business decisions and preparation of recommendations Tax auditing and consulting including complex issues (including drafting of solutions) as well as the management of complex, cross-border projects/products related to national and international tax issues Tax advice and processing of tax compliance relevant facts, in particular in the field of transfer pricing and in other international accounting practices, including domestic and foreign reporting obligations design and negotiation of contractual tax clauses (e.g. in loan contracts) and design and review of corporate and corporate agreements Representation of the company in domestic and foreign audits, including in appeal proceedings

Successfully completed economic or legal studies focusing on taxes or comparable training Long-term professional experience in national and international tax advice, ideally in the financial services sector comprehensive knowledge of national and international tax law; ideally proven by tax consultants and/or tax specialist exams Knowledge of IAS/ IFRS accounting standards in respect of taxes Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as practical experience with typical tax consultant software Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Planning and organisational talent as well as independent, structured and result-oriented working methods Communicative, assertive personality Ability to inspire people in your environment and make them successful
