Construction Workers Asphalt Rehabilitation Crew (m/f/d)

We are looking for more team members for our young, motivated company. We are dealing with special cleaning of asphalt surfaces with a patented process technology. Our product range is rounded off by the areas of dry ice rays and high-pressure water rays with up to 3,500 bar and concrete remediation on special objects. Our services are as individual as the wishes of our customers.

Requirements for applicants: (German in word: basic knowledge, alternative English, Polish, Bosnian, Russian)

You should bring motivation and life experience. A driving licence of class B or BE (always with driver card) is required. Code95 is currently not needed, as it is construction vehicles.

For our fields of activity there is no permanent job, so curiosity and the desire to learn new things are a good prerequisite. Experience with asphalt and concrete works would form a good basis.

This working column focuses on the rehabilitation of cracks and joints in Asphalt. You are usually assigned 3-4 other team members. The available technique of a column train comprises: 1x truck as a technical carrier, 1x special cleaning boiler, transporter as a safety vehicle and, if necessary, 1x traffic control board.

They work with 3-4 other colleagues in the team. Within the season, our columns are in nationwide use and travel in the 14-day rhythm.

The remuneration is based on the current construction tariff. In addition to the valid trigger rates and accommodation provided by our company, you can expect success-oriented or ability-dependent supplements. You will also receive 30 days of paid holiday. After successful incorporation, you can go to the fixed position at the end of the season and stay approx. 4 months in paid employment, pause and re-enter from the start of the season. 12 months in employment and work about 8 months. • at the Wedemark location (near Hanover), the workforce of our company can rent inexpensively existing premises. The property also offers TV connection with SAT TV and free internet with 100,000 it broadband connection. [e.g. all rooms are forgiven, but we can support in room search]
• For southern Germany and our branch in Lutherstadt Eisleben we also have a free place for this position. We are looking for space Stuttgart, Rottweil, Baling etc. and space Lutherstadt Eisleben

NOTE for remuneration: the value shown here is an average. During the incorporation time, this will be less pronounced, after the incorporation it can be significantly higher. Net allowances are not included here.
