contribute significantly to the sustainable development and standardization of processes and systems in the global production of spectacle lenses as part of a dynamic team

as a central key role between the various departments and IT actively shape our IT systems in the production environment from requirement analysis to global rollout

analyse, harmonize and document existing end-to-end business and IT processes in cooperation with global production sites

Initiate projects, define work packages and project plans and reach project milestones by actively driving and implementing the projects

regularly create project reports and presentations and present them to management

successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable subject area

well-founded professional experience in the production environment and in project management

deep understanding of the translation of requirements into customized IT solutions

high IT affinity and extensive experience with IT systems in the production environment, in particular SAP PP, MM, QM & PM and MES

strong skills to deal with different interests and bring them into line with the project objectives

detectable experience abroad and intercultural competence

fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing

the willingness to business trips in Germany and abroad
