We are the internal IT service provider of the ARD, i.e. all ARD radio stations, Deutschlandradio and DW under the leadership of rbb and provide central IT services at the locations in the Landesrundfunkanstalten and at Deutschlandradio. Potsdam or Cologne is preferred as a place of work. A Germany-wide deployment at one of our IVZ sites or at one of the regional broadcasters is also possible; appropriate readiness to travel is assumed. Five strands of action bundle the strategic priorities and coordinate their implementation in the ARD-wide network.

Strategic control: derivation and binding control of the action strategy from ARD strategy and overall architecture, including targets for the associated modules. Objective- & OKR-Responsibility: Compliant OKR-based alignment of the modules as well as requesting and evaluating the target achievement. Reporting & Coordination: Monitoring the results, stakeholder reporting and central control and response function for the action line.

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics, BWL or comparable discipline, combined with several years of professional experience in IT program or project management in complex or scaled agile environments and: knowledge of agile methods and OKR as well as experience in targeted management of interdisciplinary teams, basic technical understanding of media and data architectures; experience in the ARD environment desirable, Safe handling of MS Office and project and collaboration tools; Advantages of Confluence and SharePoint
