Participation in the creation of ads by VOB for the initiation of supplements Systematic search of supplementary potentials and the creation of cost estimates to indicate additional costs to the client Processing and enforcement of all kinds of claims (e.g. claims for construction time extensions and construction sequence disorders) Detection and analysis of deviations from the contract and derivation of corresponding follow-up concepts Compilation of auditable supplementary offers taking into account additional and minor costs Participation in NEuPP and negotiation dates, including preparation and documentation of negotiations Processing of claims of the contracting entities to be submitted Participation in the defence of the receivables Detection of errors in the calculation of material and performance approaches Assessment and presentation of the application-related costs Tracking and documentation of submitted submissions on the basis of the test periods

Complete study of civil engineering and engineering Economic engineering or comparable knowledge Practical user knowledge in building law and/or in the calculation of construction projects Basic knowledge in procurement and contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI) Good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of RIB iTWO Teamability, communication strength and a secure occurrence to third parties Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as negotiation skills and enforcement Self-employed working and willingness to travel
