Acquisition of the key user role for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (future Employee Central + diverse modules as well as ESS/MSS in SAP Workzone) Support and further development of the HR system landscape (including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, other tools) Analysis, Optimization and Automation of HR Processes Control and implementation of HR-to-digitalization projects (especially the use of AI applications) for German and global HR processes Coordination of all interfaces around HR systems: Shared service pay billing, Group IT, external service providers, adjacent HR and IT systems Ensuring integration and data quality between HR systems and adjacent applications Training and workshops

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, BWL with IT focus or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environment, ideally with knowledge in Employee Central Experience in interface coordination between HR, IT and external partners Funded knowledge in HR processes, in particular organization management, time management, employee self service and digital HR process design Embossed project management skills and experience in managing (part) projects Very good German and good English skills Communication strength, analytical thinking and high self-responsibility Digital affinity, change skills and readiness for continuous training
