= Job description

We extend our Group Functions team and are working to build a dedicated team with a strong focus on tax compliance and tax risk management.

If you are happy to develop new processes and have a passion for taxes, we are looking for you as (Senior) Manager Tax Governance & Analytics (m/w/divers) to support the development and regular operation of our Group-wide Tax Control Framework and the monitoring and improvement of the Tax Compliance Management System (TaxCMS) for our German Group companies.

Look forward to the following tasks:

• Development of conceptual and strategic requirements for a corporate tax control framework
• Analysis of tax risks and potential tax compliance vulnerabilities
• Development of practical solutions for appropriate risk mitigation
• Defining group-wide key controls to ensure compliance with corporate and legal requirements
• Tax advice and assistance for managers in Group companies
• Evaluation of Group Risk Reporting and Reporting
• Support for the preparation and implementation of internal tax audits
• Regular exchange with local contacts and ensuring the integration of the tax department
• Coordination and cooperation with external consultants to review tax issues
• Presentation of projects and legal changes at internal tax conferences
• Implementation and planning of training to create awarness to internal stakeholders
• Up-to-date internal tax guidelines (including Group Tax Directive)
• Planning and controlling tax projects (project management)
• Interface to IT for digitizing analysis processes

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Completed study in the field of BWL or comparable, tax advisor exams desirable
• Multiannual industrial experience in tax governance
• Professional experience in tax, finance or controlling desirable
• Experiences with project management
• Experience required in international projects and work in international teams
• Extensive knowledge of national and international tax law
