You take over the independent preparation and on-time execution of our construction projects in the heavy specialty deep construction (spin and ram pipe foundations, large drilling piles) You calculate and control the building site budget and the construction workflow using RIB iTWO and ensure compliance with the building contract law (VOB) You guide and dispose the construction site staff and plan the use of equipment and materials directly on site You act as a central interface to our clients:inside, conduct negotiations and prepare submissions You are responsible for the quality inspection, technical documentation and the implementation of all work safety measures.

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the building management is of advantage, but no need – also as motivated:r graduate:in or cross-income:you are welcome with us You are safe in handling a common billing and costing program, ideally with RIB iTWO You have ready-to-use knowledge of building contract law (VOB) A high self-motivation, independent action and joy in working together in the team draw you You communicate safely in German and have a class B licence
