As Sommelier (gn) in our Fine-Dining Restaurant STADERER with 30 seats and for our restaurant Der Dicke Franz with 55 seats With our guests you have the passion for good food and great wines. You will be used in both restaurants and you will have new impressions and it will not be boring

• Active sale of our wines to achieve the best wine cleaning of our restaurant throughout the region.
• Experience with or Interest in the Vinocell solution, for the care and administration of our wine cellar
• Close cooperation with the kitchen for the perfect wine tasting
• Promotion and development of colleagues in the service on wine
• Planning and participation in wine events at the hotel.

You speak fluently German and feel ready to work fully as a manager in our kitchen team. You are polite, reliable, quality-oriented and like to train motivated young trainees (m(w/d).
