Central contact for our customers: bb by phone or e-mail – advice our customers both actively and reactively competent and service-oriented Proactive addressing of our existing customers and self-responsible support of defined customers (traders and processors) – personally, solution-oriented and with a sense of new potential Close cooperation with the external service to achieve common sales and sales objectives clarification of open questions, supply creation, careful follow-up of offers to the generation of the order

Completed commercial training, ideally in wholesale or foreign trade, industry or comparable qualification Experience in the sales service or in a sales-related function Embossed customer and service orientation as well as communication strength Pleasure to call customer contact and active customer response Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Secure handling of MS Office and experience with SAP Teamability, reliability and a high degree of self-initiative
