Customer support: You support national and international operating clients in the field of occupational pensions and other Benefit modules (company health insurance, time value accounts, etc.). In addition, you advise executives and wealthy private customers about their pension concepts in the areas of retirement and sick care. New customer acquisition: You have a high affinity to advise customers and employees who still look for their appropriate precautionary concept or have not ideally aligned. Development Precautionary concepts: You shape targeted Benefit solutions together with customers. Management & Co-operatives: You develop communication concepts for the information of employees with customers, organize regular workshops and conduct individual consultations by employees. Process optimization & project support: You develop processes that lead to relief and strengthen our position with the customer. Support Partnerships: You agree with institutions that have entrusted us with the support of Benefit topics of their customers. This is just a detail of what awaits you with us. Professional experience: You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of occupational and private pensions, security of value accounts and health care.
