Team Leader Assembly / Logistics (m/f/d)

You take over the professional leadership of a team within one shift and care for motivation, structure and collaboration. You plan, control and monitor the operations in assembly and logistics and are responsible for personnel deployment planning. You carry out daily shopfloor rounds and make sure that quality, dates and safety standards are complied with. As a central contact person, you are competent to assist your team, our customers and other executives. You actively participate in the day-to-day operating business, support your team on the surface and proceed with a good example - especially in terms of work security, cleanliness and order.

You have professional experience in the automotive environment, ideally complemented by training in the field of logistics, assembly or automotive. First leadership experience (e.g. as team management, shift management) you could already collect - alternatively you bring the clear desire to go the next step. Organization is you, you also keep an overview in stressful situations and convince by your macher mentality. You like to work in 3-shift operation and appreciate a dynamic environment. Communication strength, enforcing ability and team capacity are the key to you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are of course for you. You have a fork certificate and are sure to deal with MS Office and SAP.
