For our proposal office in the area of Clients & Markets we are now looking for a Junior Proposal Manager (m/w/d). Join our agile team and support us in the processing of offer and tender projects. Together we are driving our growth forward! Our team works largely remotely / from the Flexible Office – so many of your tasks from the Flexible Office can be met. For a personal exchange with colleagues, you are ready to work from our office in Düsseldorf.

You help control the supply processes for potential new customers and stock clients You accompany the team in the consulting of our business units and help in creating quotation strategies You support the creation of texts and prepare colleagues for the presentation at the client The continuous improvement of the supply process is part of your activity

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or communication sciences and can ideally gain first experience in offering management (e.g. through an internship or a student work experience) Your sovereign communication capability, internally and in direct dialogue with clients, will distinguish you You bring a high degree of organizational talent, meet new challenges and look beyond the plate edge A secure handling of PowerPoint as well as MS Office is of course for you German and very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
