Project coordinator with focus on pilot operation multicopter/eVTOL (m/f/d)

Implementation of innovation – You are responsible for the preparatory design of our eVTOL pilot plant in the pilot regions in Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate and prepare test and evaluation activities. Run pilot operation – you organize and accompany the operation at the two pilot locations. You will ensure continuous further development and knowledge transfer from the pilot plant with the participating project actors. Ensuring a complete transition from pilot to control operation, including rolling out to other locations, is part of your scope of activity. Project Management with Responsibility – You are responsible for the market-preparing activities such as the embedding service and measures of public and dissemination work. As part of the Office project, you can participate in overall project planning, project management and risk management. Collaboration – You work closely with our interdisciplinary project team and industry and research partners. You are contact for our rescue service partners. Technology – You support the project in technical and regulatory issues. At trial flights already before the start of the pilot operation, you will participate in preparation and content. Third-party funding - For the procurement of third-party funds, you can search for suitable funding options and order corresponding funding applications. Other projects - At the appropriate time, you will also accompany and be responsible for further projects within the ADAC air rescue.

The theory sits - you have a relevant university degree in an economic or engineering degree course (ideally rescue service management, rescue engineering or health management). The experience counts – you have experience in project management. A relevant certification is desirable. Professional experience in rescue is an advantage. Working - You bring strong conceptual skills and have great interest in complex innovation issues. You work and analyze precisely, think in a solution-oriented manner, and have the pleasure of implementing them independently and structured in the team. Communication strength - You convince by high communication strength and a safe occurrence. You speak German and English fluently.
