Management, configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including updates and patches. Development and implementation of new ServiceNow modules and functionality. Ensuring system availability, performance and security through regular audits. Support for end users and specialist departments on ITSM platform issues. Integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems such as LeanIX, Intune, SAP, Azure/Entra. Optimization of existing processes and automation of recurring tasks.

Complete study of computer science or comparable training with several years of experience in ServiceNow. Very good knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes. Experience in scripting (Java, Glide API), Flow Designer, CSS, HTML and REST/SOAP APIs. CSA (Certified System Administrator) and ITIL v3/v4 Foundation. Experience in the professional leadership of teams and in conflict management. Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mode of operation. Good knowledge of German and English
