These include the guest house and the Schullandheim Blumenfisch am Groß Wannsee, the Blumenfisch Gartenbau in Kreuzberg, the Atelier Blumenfisch and the two specialist shops Blumenfisch floristik and Blumenfisch Design in Prenzlauer Berg, as well as the workshops in Weißensee and in Schöneberg, including the Blumenfisch Store and the Kantine Raststätte. To strengthen the team in horticulture in Berlin-Kreuzberg in Methfesselstraße, we are looking for an from September 2026 Garden and landscape farmerin in full time (38,5 hours/week)

Design, new construction and maintenance of green areas Culture and reproduction of dams, summer flowers and vegetables initiate, support and involve people with disabilities in the work process Operation and maintenance of machines and tools Overwintering of Mediterranean plants from external customers Garden care for external customers Maintenance of green areas with external customers Maintenance and installation of interior greens New plant of complete gardens

You have a successfully completed vocational training as a garden and landscape farmer*in or have a comparable qualification Professional experiences in gardening, landscape and green care are desirable safe handling of common machines in garden and landscape construction You have joy in working with people with disabilities You are characterized by team skills, durability and organizational strength a high level of social competence and an appreciative approach are of course You have the rating of class B Independent and structured work complete your profile
