Depending on the qualification and focus, you can: Support and development of existing customer relationships Creation and tracking of offers Complete order processing incl. Monitoring Processing complaints and customer-oriented solution finding Negotiation of prices and conditions Active acquisition and demand determination of new and existing customers Analysis of customer developments using key figures and reports Care and evaluation of CRM data Optional (International Sales): Supporting international customers with existing foreign language skills (e.g. English and/or French and/or Spanish)

Completed commercial or technical training or studies in the commercial/technical field Multiannual experience in sales/distribution in indoor and/or outdoor services Industry knowledge of metal or steel trade Representative sales affinity and negotiation skills Structured, independent and team-oriented work Good technical understanding and numerical affinity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Optional: Foreign language knowledge (e.g. English, French and/or Spanish)
