As a (Junior) IT Referent (m/w/d), you are responsible as part of the Corporate IT (CIT) for the preparation of analyses, reports and decision templates for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) They support CIT leaders in strategic and operational tasks, especially in HR-related topics Your tasks include the development and presentation of concepts and projects Transformation of Corporate IT and its downstream monitoring They take over communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders on topics related to CIO and corporate IT In addition, you are actively involved in the further development of the corporate IT organization

Complete study of BWL or Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related subject First professional experience in organizational development and HR-related issues as well as experience in preparing and hosting meetings and workshops First experience in project management and control would be desirable Teamplayer:in excellent communication skills and good analytical thinking skills Organizational talent with a hand-on mentality, lust for responsibility and willingness to tackle challenges proactively Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
