Successfully completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training Multiannual professional experience in customer service, in freight logistics or in a comparable service-oriented function Ideally, first leadership responsibility or experience in the professional management of employees Impressed customer and service orientation as well as communication strength, enforcement capacity and high social competence Structured, analytical and resilient working methods with safe handling of key figures, quality evaluations and process analyses Safe handling of MS Office as well as good English skills in word and writing
