Case Manager (m/w/d) Operational Integration Management

At the Ingelheim site, research, development, sales and administration unite under one roof.

To strengthen the team, we are now looking for a case manager (m/w/d) in-house integration management in full time or part time.

A flexible working model with the possibility of mobile work is provided, but regular presence days are required on site in Ingelheim.

THERE HAVES:

• Consultation on all aspects of operational integration management and support in the implementation of BEM processes
• Responsibility for case management in the context of BEM processes including coordination and interface management with internal and external stakeholders
• Planning and moderation of BEM talks with relevant stakeholders such as BEM lawyers, executives, HR, works council, severely disabled representatives, occupational medicine and social consulting
• Implementation of solution-oriented discussions and precise and structured documentation of results
• Cooperation with external bodies and partners such as the German Pension Insurance and Health Insurance Funds for the successful implementation of the BEM objectives

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Successfully completed studies in social science, preferably in social work, social education or social management
• Multiannual practical experience in case management, occupational rehabilitation and advisory activities
• Ideally, comprehensive knowledge in operational integration management and disability management
• Detectional qualification as Disability Manager Professional (CDMP)
• Knowledge in social security and labour law
• Strong communicative skills paired with high sensitivity
• Experience in dealing with conflict situations and basic knowledge of systemic advice is advantageous
• Dealing with Office 365 programs
• English language and written knowledge
