You take over general administrative tasks, such as our home mail, purchasing office materials, compilation and shipping of travel documents You support cleanliness and order in our tea kitchens, lounges and conference rooms and are in exchange with our external service providers such as the cleaning team You are contact person:for questions about our office organisation You are the first contact point for our applicants and external guests and receive them sympathetic and professionally You help in planning and organizing internal events You think and introduce your ideas to improve our processes
