System Developer SAP Organizational Management (m/f/d)

As DevSecOps Engineer (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the design, development, operation and continuous development of our SAP solutions in the context of organization management. You analyse technical requirements, translate them into sustainable technical concepts and implement them in modern, object-oriented ABAP development in the S/4HANA environment (e.g. CDS Views, SAP Fiori, SAP RAP). Your focus is on SAP organization management: You shape the associated processes, ensure stability and performance in ongoing operation and ensure quality through suitable tests, code reviews and other quality assurance measures. Integrierst Cloud and SaaS solutions into the existing SAP landscape, take into account architecture and security guidelines and accompany the entire lifecycle – from introduction to incident, problem and change management to maintenance. In the sense of DevSecOps (“You build it, you run it”), you are driving automation, security and monitoring, identifying optimization potentials and implementing improvements together with the team.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification or Training in the IT environment with corresponding professional experience. Multiannual, well-founded experience in object-oriented and modern ABAP development in the S/4HANA context, ideally with CDS Views, SAP Fiori and SAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model). Long-standing practical experience in SAP HCM, especially in SAP organization management, including customizing, further development and support during ongoing operation. Experience in the integration of cloud and saaS applications in SAP landscapes as well as in the safe operation of corresponding interfaces. Embossed agile mindset, team skills and a hands-on mentality – You work service-oriented, take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of processes and solutions. Communication strength as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least level B2–C1).
