Planning and implementation of local employer communication, including target group analysis and channel selection Development and implementation of target group-specific marketing and media measures as well as information and advertising materials Close cooperation with external creative and media agencies for successful campaign implementation Continuous review and improvement of marketing measures taking into account new audience needs and trends Reporting and analysis-relevant HR marketing indicators e.g. range, engagement, conversion Care and optimization of different information channels such as career side, corporate profiles and content creation for social media Planning and design of our trade fair appearance and coordination with trade fair farmers and agencies to select new advertising materials

Completed studies in the field of economics, psychology, communication, marketing or personnel - alternatively a commercial training with corresponding training Multiannual professional experience in Employer Branding and/or (Personal) Marketing Experience in the field of industry and agencies High level of creativity, initiative and organizational talent Representative communication and consulting skills Openness for new developments in HR marketing
