Shift Manager Furniture Prefabrication (M*) Machine Room

Responsibility and management: You assume the overall responsibility for the machine room and control the associated production areas and production processes of our pre-production. At the same time, together with your team, you are responsible for achieving the specified production figures. Team management and coordination: You lead and coordinate part of the two-layer production team of about 25 employees. The team is organised by equal shift managers in the weekly change of early and late shifts. Production management: You coordinate, plan and monitor the ongoing production processes and production processes to achieve our production, quality and time targets. Training and instruction: You carry out instruction and training to secure our production standards and continuously develop them. Optimization measures: You contribute to the implementation of job, department, shift and factory-specific optimization measures and contribute to continuous improvement.

Complete technical studies in the field of wood technology, production technology, technician/master training or a comparable qualification in related fields Multiannual experience in a leading position in production or production, ideally in the box furniture industry Funded knowledge in production planning and control as well as in modern production processes of wood processing Impressed leadership and communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team High level of responsibility, self-initiative and enforcement Flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift operation
