Your tasks: • Customer support and support on site as a competent contact person for all IT questions • First and second-level support to solve hardware and software problems • Maintenance and administration of the IT infrastructure and ensuring System availability • Working in implementing IT infrastructure projects and onsite support • Installation, configuration and maintenance of networks, servers and terminals • Documentation and ticket maintenance to ensure smooth operation

Your qualifications: • Completed training as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration comparable qualification • First practical experience in IT support or onsite support • Funded knowledge in Active Directory • routine in the handling of ticket systems for recording and processing Support request • Flexibility for shiftwork • You work well in the team and communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues
