Shipping Manager (m/f/d)

You guide and coordinate the team in our packaging rooms with the areas of packaging, parcel delivery, carpentry and internal truck traffic with about 13 employees. You ensure that our products are packaged and shipped on time, taking into account qualitative, logistical and legal requirements. You are responsible for compliance with occupational safety regulations, laws, regulations and ISO requirements in their own field and ensure the proper maintenance, testing and availability of the machines, industrial trucks and equipment used. You are the central contact person for the company's business areas on topics related to shipping, representing shipping in meetings and working closely with the assembly areas and logistics departments. You optimize the day-to-day business by initiating processes, making jobs and processes more efficient and implementing improvements. You control and evaluate the personnel occupation, time and capacity planning and conduct employee discussions and performance assessments. You are actively working as a key user in the conversion of our ERP system from Axapta to IFS (introduced for 2027).

You have a completed technical training with further education (e.g. technician or specialist) or a completed study with technical understanding. You have first leadership experience (for example through project management) and bring the ability to steer and develop a team in a targeted manner. You have good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally in MS Dynamics AX and/or IFS as well as in Microsoft Office. You convince by an independent and targeted way of working, show a pronounced hand-on mentality even in time-critical phases and bring a good team capability.
