Number: MER000424J Inbound Logistics Engineering ensures that our supply chain runs efficiently from start to finish – from supplier to factory. We always have a look at the total costs of materials and logistics and develop the best solutions for our processes. With us you will become part of a team of Inbound Logistics Engineers and Series Coordinators and support us in exciting planning tasks. Step by step, you will also take your own topics and smaller projects. Together with various areas such as development, purchasing, assembly or logistics planning, we agree and find the optimal processes for all involved. This involves, for example, delivery concepts, suitable charge carriers or also transport costs. You will get insights into many modules such as HV batteries, axles, brakes or high-voltage systems. You also work on international battery projects during the series coordination. Here everything revolves around cost optimization – e.g. by variant management, localization or a logistics-oriented product design. An important part of our work is the so-called mass skeleton – the basis for the subsequent implementation of our logistics processes in the operational field. Especially exciting: you actively participate in the digitization of our processes. You analyze existing processes, introduce your ideas and develop smart solutions with us – e.g. with AI approaches or automations. You use tools such as n8n, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot or Databricks. If you have fun in data and digital topics, you are right here. Preparation of evaluations, presentations and reports

Studies in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, BWL or similar

Interest in supply chain management and digital processes

Good knowledge of German and English

Analytical thinking and desire to work on complex topics

Safe handling of Microsoft 365

Ideally first touch points with low code/no code tools or motivation to work in it

Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, n8n or Microsoft Copilot are a plus, but no need
