Strategic Conception and Implementation: You develop and implement employer-branding concepts along the entire candidate and employee journey that make our company values reliveable Campaign Management: You plan, tax and implement employee recovery and binding campaigns, in cooperation with agencies and internal specialist departments Performance analysis: You monitor and analyze relevant key figures to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures and identify optimization potentials Project Management: You conduct projects with responsibility (e.g. Christmas package) and coordinate cooperation with the participating areas Pre-trade: You question existing processes, develop suggestions for improvement and actively implement them

You are an all-round personality with analytical and structured thinking, working interdisciplinary and moving safely in the world of personnel, communication and brand management You have a degree, such as marketing, design or communication, or a comparable qualification You have already gained well-founded professional experience in marketing/communication – ideally complemented by first experience in Employer Branding You are a moderator, networker, impulse generator and brand ambassador in one – with organizational talent, integration ability and the drive to represent our employer brand with conviction You can control several projects at the same time, master the Dos and Don'ts in communication and bring the willingness to actively initiate changes You recognize and shape relevant contact points along the Candidate and Employee Journey, making for a consistent experienceable positioning as “Best Place to Work” JOBV1_EN
