Design. Develop. Enthusiasts. As a training manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in the development of our tomorrow's professionals and at the same time contribute to the strategic development of our personnel development initiatives. You create a modern, future-oriented training and learning environment, promote talents individually and combine educational know-how with entrepreneurial thinking. You also work on overarching projects – partly in the international environment. Your goal: Strengthening people, developing potentials, learning, and developing actively. Overall responsibility for planning, organisation and continuous development of operational training at several locations Leadership, coaching and professional development of trainers:inside and ensuring uniform quality standards Individual support, promotion and motivation of trainees and dual students Development and implementation of modern training concepts, learning formats and didactic approaches in compliance with legal and internal requirements Active participation in recruiting trainees and students Close cooperation with IHK, vocational schools, universities, HR and the departments Working with national and international personnel development and education projects along the Employee Lifecycles

completed commercial vocational training with further training (e.g. AEVO), completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in occupational training and/or personnel development Modern training, learning and development formats and well-founded knowledge in labour and vocational training law German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Impressed communication strength, high design and implementation capability as well as presentation and project management skills Low travel readiness of about 10%
