Supporting project management in improving marketing automation processes and identifying correct touchpoints in the customer journey Support in planning campaigns and regular coordination with internal stakeholders Standing up campaigns in the CRM system and creative design of marketing automation activities Monitoring current trends in digital marketing and knowledge of new tools and techniques, including artificial intelligence (AI) to improve lead management Processing of internal presentations or training documents Ensuring data quality in the Microsoft D365-CRM system

Study of Media, Economics or Communication Sciences with Marketing Focus First experience in marketing automation (B2B) or CRM systems desirable Enthusiasm for current trends and digital marketing development Precise, independent and independent operation Good English knowledge of word and writing duration of internships of at least three months with subsequent possibility to continue working as a student
