At the next time we are looking for

Your tasks: Supporting Business Consultants (m/w/d) in holistic customer support You are planning appointments and support the company customer advisors (m/w/d) assigned to you on their own responsibility in the preparation and follow-up of the discussions In the aftermath of the customer appointments, you prepare necessary documents for agreements made as far as possible independently You take over the review of risk units and the preparation of liquidity calculations In customer contact, you recognize consulting needs and sales approaches, including with regard to digital solutions such as online banking You take over active telephony with existing and new customers (m/w/d) and prepare sales activities before and after You independently monitor the return of documents and are responsible for the ongoing updating and maintenance of data Your profile: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) A well-founded professional practice in customer contact is desirable, ideally in the corporate customer environment or comparable sales-related functions Joy in the application of digital media Embossed servicement, customer and sales orientation Team, communication, and persuasiveness High commitment, reliability and durability
