As part of our five-member team, you will ensure that our processes run smoothly and quality standards are complied with. You have the pleasure of numbers, structures and communication – and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes with your organizational talent. Analysis, optimization and standardization of existing processes Monitoring and ensuring quality standards Creation of reports and KPI evaluations (especially in Google Sheets) Interface and contact*in for employees from branches Support for compliance, risk and inventory topics

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in process or quality management Secure handling of Google Sheets and MS Office Readiness to travel - you occasionally train our employees in the branches Analytical and Structured Operation Communication strength and team spirit Very good German knowledge in word and writing (English knowledge of advantage)
