What you do with us:

You take responsibility for the analysis, design and implementation of requirements of the specialist areas to the systems for the extraction of employees. From technical implementation of new requirements to user support (3rd level) and troubleshooting, you will ensure smooth operation of our systems. You actively advise the specialist departments and find innovative solutions for the technical implementation and further development of the recruiting systems. When introducing and developing modern talent acquisition technologies, you develop, monitor and document project progress and manage project risks. You shape the interface management by compiling and addressing:internal processing of information as well as the translation of customer requests in IT requirements. You are part of the introduction of a groupwide (international) talent management tool.

Your successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification with IT cover as well as at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field. You have extensive experience in (agile) project and stakeholder management and ideally also have experience in (partial) project management. Advanced experience with SAP SuccessFactors Module Recruiting and ideally with SAP HCM. Your interest in new technologies, technical understanding and your IT affinity as well as distinct analytical skills.
