HR Consultant - SAP HCM Time Management (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. Exciting projects await you in our SAP-Zeitwirtschaftslösung (PT) – including modern ESS/MSS applications – and shape future-oriented processes for our locations worldwide. You actively participate in exciting future projects such as SAP S/4HANA (H4S4), SAP RISE and SF Time – from preparation to implementation. You're part of a team, and you'll be working together to ensure that our time economy runs reliably – focusing on quality, stability and further development. You think customer-oriented and develop pragmatic solutions for requirements with our specialist areas. You work closely with colleagues (m/w/d) from IT, external service providers and interfaces such as personnel deployment planning and payroll – always at eye level and team spirit. You're a consultant, problem solver and designer.

You have a degree in business informatics, BWL or something comparable – or professional experience that speaks for itself. Ideally, you bring multi-year experience in SAP HCM PT? Better! You want to actively shape the technological change in the HR environment. Your enthusiasm and the fun of varied tasks are yours. You act responsibly, work structured, analytically and independently. Your rapid understanding of how to identify and establish relationships completes your profile. You communicate customer-oriented, directly and securely to the point, in German and English. JOBV1_EN
